Founded in 2020 by two long time friends, Moody Andrews and Tony Chavez, MATCH Development LLC, was formed with a focus on building boutique homes in Austin.

Moody Andrews

I sewed my first tool belt out of recycled jeans, needle and thread,

bought some carpentry tools from the local hardware store, went to

work and haven’t stopped since.

I’ve built homes in Seattle, Telluride, Aspen, Kauai, Detroit before

making my home in Austin, Texas. Since then, I’ve built over 20 new homes

and remodeled dozens more.

Pushing the bounds of conventional building practices and projecting

the use and utility of your home 50 years into the future is how we

excel at Austin Home building.

Tony Chavez

I have spent my career building high performance teams in the IT world and I have always had a love for creating, building, and designing.

Moody and I partnered up after years of friendship to combine our talents in the pursuit of developing quality homes in the Austin area.
